Working on active residential and commercial subdivision developments in Adelaide, your daily responsibilities will include:
Drainage & Pipe Laying: Installing stormwater, sewer, and water reticulation infrastructure.
Services & Trenching: Laying electrical, gas, and communications conduits alongside earthworks crews.
Groundwork & Spotting: Plant spotting around excavators, loaders, and rollers during bulk earthworks and utility digging.
Structures & Concrete Works: Assisting with pit building, kerb prep, formwork, and concrete pours.
Site Preparation & Safety: Maintaining silt control, hand digging around live services, and maintaining clear, safe site perimeters.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in civil construction (land subdivisions, deep drainage, or earthworks highly regarded).
Tickets & Licenses:
White Card (General Construction Induction) – Mandatory
Current SA Driver’s License and reliable transport – Mandatory
RII Plant Tickets (e.g., Civil Roller, Moxy/Haul Truck, Skid Steer) – Highly Advantageous
Confined Space Entry & Working at Heights – Advantageous
Mindset & Fit:

High work ethic, physically fit, and accustomed to active outdoor site conditions.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
